Luton Council are leading a Construction focused opportunity and BIM level 2 event on Friday 24th March from 8.30am at Arndale House, Luton. This event is free to local construction and related businesses and is designed to:
- give businesses an understanding of BIM Level 2 and its importance
- highlight contract opportunities for local businesses within Luton Council, BTS and partner projects
- get information directly from primary contractors on Luton developments
- help understanding how to work with Luton Council or within the supply chain
- find out what support is available to businesses
Delegates will be able to hear from and meet with senior staff from:
- Wilmott Dixon the primary contractors on the new “The Stage” development in Luton Town Centre, part funded by UK Government’s Levelling Up Fund
- Kier the main contractors on the extension of the Luton and Dunstable Hospital Extension
- BTS Luton Council’s building maintenance and property Services business
- Luton Council’s Procurement and Economic Development teams
This event is designed to give businesses an understanding of BIM Level 2 and its importance. Additionally highlighting opportunities for local businesses through upcoming Luton Council led projects, other local developments and how to get involved.
